Washington, DC (SportsNetwork.com) - A pair of Canadians -- Milos Raonic and Vasek Pospisil -- will face each other in Sunday's final of the Citi Open in America's capital.

In Saturday's late semifinal, Pospisil -- who began the day by finishing off a rain-delayed quarterfinal victory against Colombia's Santiago Giraldo -- ended up fending off sixth-seeded Richard Gasquet.

Down 5-4 in the third and final set, Pospisil rallied to take three consecutive games from the favored Frenchman and emerge with a 6-7 (5-7), 6-3, 7-5 victory which took nearly 2 1/2 hours to complete.

Earlier in the day, the second-seeded Raonic needed only 75 minutes to take care of American challenger Donald Young, 6-4, 7-5 on the hardcourts.

Raonic and Pospisil have faced each other only once before, on their native soil last year in Montreal, with the 23-year-old Raonic claiming a three-set victory in the semifinals. Both players have reached their first final of 2014.

This week's winner will earn a first prize of $316,400.
