Istanbul, Turkey (SportsNetwork.com) - Carolina Wozniacki of Denmark and Roberta Vinci of Italy will battle in the final at the Istanbul Cup.

The top-seeded Wozniacki defeated France's Kristina Mladenovic 6-2, 6-3 after the second-seeded Vinci posted a 6-4, 6-2 over 16-year-old Croatian qualifier Ana Konjuh in the first semifinal on Saturday.

Wozniacki will be playing in her first final this season. The former world No.1 owns 21 career titles.

Vinci, meanwhile, was a runner-up to Simona Halep last week at the Bucharest Open. It was just her second loss in 11 career finals.

Wozniacki has lost two of the previous three meetings with Vinci.
