•  Miami-Dade County Parks will celebrate National Marina Day June 14 with free activities at six public marinas encouraging boaters to enjoy their sport. Meet-and-greets and boat safety programs will be presented at Bill Bird Marina at Haulover Park; Black Point Marina; Crandon Park Marina; Homestead Bayfront Park; Matheson Hammock Marina; and Pelican Harbor Marina. •  Fish with Miami Hurricanes greats in the fourth annual Habitat for Humanity of the Upper Keys/University of MIami Sports Hall of Fame Celebrity Dolphin Fishing Tournament June 27-28. Fishing is out of Founders Park at milemarker 87, U.S. 1, Islamorada and headquarters is Coconut Cove Resort. Pro football Hall of Famer and Hurricane alumnus Michael Irvin will host. Other UM celebrity anglers include Ted Hendricks, Warren Sapp, Clinton Portis, Brett Romberg, Gary Dunn and others. Deep Impact Boats will sponsor. Entry fee is $650. •  Barefoot Wine and Surfrider Foundation will host a beach cleanup June 28 from 10 a.m. to noon at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. A celebration will follow from noon to 2 p.m. at Aruba’s Beach Cafe. The event is free and open to the public. For more information, visit BeachRescue2014.com.
