Joliet, IL (SportsNetwork.com) - Brian Scott will start on the pole for Saturday night's 300-mile Nationwide Series race after posting the quickest lap in qualifying at Chicagoland Speedway.

Scott, who drives the No. 2 Chevrolet for Richard Childress Racing, turned a lap at 177.807 mph for his second pole of the season and the fourth of his Nationwide career. He scored his maiden pole in the series at this 1.5-mile racetrack in September 2011.

Scott's teammate, Ty Dillon, a rookie in Nationwide this season, qualified second with a lap at 177.643 mph, giving RCR a front row sweep.

Chase Elliott, also a rookie, will start third, followed by Erik Jones, who is making his Nationwide debut in this race. Jones is driving the No. 20 Toyota for Joe Gibbs Racing.

Kasey Kahne, a Sprint Cup Series regular, and Sam Hornish Jr., driving the No. 54 car for JGR in a limited schedule this year, will roll off fifth and sixth, respectively.
