Blue Jays recall Drabek

Chicago, IL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Toronto Blue Jays recalled pitcher Kyle Drabek from Triple-A Buffalo prior to Saturday's game against the White Sox.

Drabek went 7-7 with a 4.00 ERA in 29 games (13 starts) for the Bisons this season. In parts of four seasons with Toronto, the right-hander has an 8-15 record with a 5.37 ERA in 37 games with 30 games started.

The Blue Jays also optioned pitcher Chad Jenkins to Buffalo. Jenkins was 1-1 with a 2.56 ERA in 21 relief appearances with Toronto.
