San Diego, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - San Diego Padres shortstop Everth Cabrera has landed on the disabled list once again with a lingering left hamstring strain.

Cabrera, who had a stint on the DL earlier this season due to the hamstring injury, is batting .232 with three homers, 20 RBI and 18 stolen bases in 90 games this season. He hasn't played since Saturday and the move is retroactive to Aug. 10.

The Padres have recalled utility man Jake Goebbert from Triple-A El Paso to take Cabrera's spot on the active roster.
