Atlanta, GA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Los Angeles Dodgers activated newly acquired right-hander Kevin Correia to start Monday's series opener against Atlanta.

Correia was acquired from Minnesota on Saturday for either a player to be named later or cash considerations. He was 5-13 in 23 starts for the Twins this season.

To make room on the roster, the Dodgers optioned right-hander Pedro Baez to Triple-A Albuquerque.
