Rangers' Rios leaves game with sprained ankle

Toronto, ON (SportsNetwork.com) - Texas Rangers outfielder Alex Rios exited during the first inning of Saturday's game against Toronto with a right ankle sprain.
Rios suffered the injury while swinging at the first pitch with two outs in the opening frame.
He was replaced by Daniel Robertson in right field and is listed as day-to- day.
