Miami, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Miami Marlins activated outfielder Christian Yelich from the 15-day disabled list on Sunday.

Yelich hasn't played for the Marlins since June 13 due to a strained lower back. He was batting .259 with six home runs and 24 RBI over 63 games prior to his DL stint.

The Marlins also recalled pitcher Dan Jennings from Triple-A New Orleans and optioned outfielder Jake Marisnick and pitcher Anthony DeSclafani to the Zephyrs.
