Houston, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - Houston Astros pitcher Dallas Keuchel will not make his scheduled start Saturday against the Detroit Tigers due to inflammation in his left wrist.

Brett Oberholtzer will be recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City to take the place of Keuchel, whose 2.78 earned run average is currently seventh-best in the American League. The left-hander is also tied for the Astros' lead with eight wins thus far in 2014.

Oberholtzer opened the season in Houston's rotation but was sent to the minors on June 1 after going just 2-6 with a 4.76 ERA over nine starts.
