The Boston Bruins attempt to cap off a perfect road trip with their fourth straight win this evening against the Minnesota Wild at the Xcel Energy Center.

After starting November with just two wins through its first eight games (2-3-3), Boston has hit its stride on this trip and won its third straight game on Monday in St. Louis, as Milan Lucic's score late in the second period proved to be the winner, helping the Bruins to a 4-2 win over the Blues at Scottrade Center.

Mark Recchi, Blake Wheeler and Marco Sturm also tallied for the Bruins, while Patrice Bergeron assisted on all four goals. Tuukka Rask got the win with 29 stops.

"The key to the game was to match their intensity and they way they were forechecking," said Bergeron. "We tried to do the same thing to their defensemen and it worked."

Boston also welcomed back center Marc Savard, who had missed 15 games with a broken left foot. However, Savard, who led the team with 88 points a year ago, was held off the score sheet.

The Bruins, who will head home for three games following tonight's tilt, are 5-3-2 away from home this season.

Minnesota, meanwhile, enters tonight's tilt on the heels of its first win since November 10. The Wild snapped a four-game losing streak on Friday, as Owen Nolan's second goal of the game with 1:07 to play proved to be the game- winner, lifting Minnesota past the New York Islanders, 3-2.

Mikko Koivu scored the other goal, while Niklas Backstrom stopped 27 shots in the win.

"We needed this one cause we let the last one slip away," said Nolan. "We wanted to make sure we bounced back with a win tonight. Some guys stepped up tonight and we were able to bring it to the table."

Minnesota, which acquired left wing Guillaume Latendresse from Montreal on Monday, could have Chuck Kobasew back in the lineup this evening. Kobasew, acquired from Boston in early October, has missed the last four games with an upper-body injury.

The Wild have owned the Bruins since entering the league in 2000-01, as they have going 8-1-0 against the B's, while outscoring them 29-13.
