Parkway Academy's Erica Wheeler (a Rutgers signee) along with American Heritage's Sandra Garcia (Wake Forest) and Bianca Lutley (LSU) headline Broward selections for the South Florida All-Star Basketball Game on March 13 at AmericanAirlines Arena.

County bragging rights will be on the line as the top seniors from Miami-Dade face their Broward counterparts in the Tournament of Champions, Inc. showcase.

The girls game will tip off at 4 p.m. and will be followed by the boys private school game at 6 and then the boys public school game at 8 p.m. Admission is $20 and includes a ticket to a Miami Heat game.

County bragging rights will be on the line as the top seniors from Miami-Dade face their Broward counterparts in the Tournament of Champions, Inc. showcase.

The Broward Boys Public School all-stars will be led by three-time state champion coach Melvin Randall from Blanche Ely and feature Pine Crest's Ed Waite, Dillard's Robert Burger and Boyd Anderson's stellar guard trio of Martavious Irving, Bryan Bynes and Cedric Flood-Smith along with FAU-bound Raymond Taylor from American Heritage.

Nova's Jason Hively and Ely's Tommie Butts will stroll the sidelines as Broward Girls All-Star coaches, selecting from a talent-laden roster that also includes Miramar's Kynesha Hepburn, Ely's Joanna Harden (FAU), Coconut Creek's Maya Pressley and Nova's Tonya Aaron.

North Broward Prep's Josh Freelove, St. Thomas' Dylan O'Sullivan and Calvary Christian's Akeem Morrisaint lead the Broward boys private school team, along with St. Thomas Aquinas coach Steve Strand. For more information call 954-618-7612.
