    Dillard comes back to beat Coconut Creek, reach regional final

    Everything was lined up for Class 5A No.1 Coconut Creek to dispatch four-time defending Class 5A state champion Dillard in the 5A regional semifinals on the Cougars home floor on Tuesday and cruise to the Class 5A state title. Unfortunately for the heavily favored Cougars, the injury ravaged Panthers never got the memo.

    Dillard Panthers’ trio picks future

    Dillard High School football coach Lorenzo Davis had no time to doze off Tuesday night with relentless phone calls from coaches making a last minute push to recruit his star player. According to Davis, his kids were committed from the start, and confirmed that, when a trio of Panthers penned their collegiate commitments Wednesday.
