Rutgers signee Erica Wheeler had a game-high 31 points to lead defending Class 3A state champion Parkway Academy past Archbishop McCarthy 79-48 in the North Broward Prep Thanksgiving Tournament on Friday.

The Panthers (3-0) will now take on Hollywood Christian (1-0) in the finals Saturday.

Destiny Jones had 16 points and nine rebounds, and Bianca Thornton added 12 points.

Sabina Salas, Natalie DeVarona and Olivia Richards tied for a team-high 10 points for the Mavericks.
