American’s Arkeem Granger ran for 150 yards and two touchdowns, and Patriots quarterback Ed Crouch threw for two touchdown passes and ran for another as the Patriots (5-0, 5-3 District 16-7A) picked up the win against the Sharks (1-4, 3-5) on Friday.

American was too much for

freshman quarterback Eddie Brill to handle in his first start as the Sharks were shut out.

He completed 2 of 9 passes for 13 yards and was intercepted once.

A second-quarter sack took Brill out of the game with a leg injury, but he said he was OK after the game.
