Cromwell, CT (SportsNetwork.com) - Ryan Moore recorded a bogey-free third round to go along with two birdies and an eagle and he sits alone atop the leaderboard heading into the final day at the Travelers Championship.
Moore, who shot a third-round 66, leads by one shot at 13-under-par 197. He is seeking his fourth career victory on the PGA Tour and his second of the season. Moore also won the CIMB Classic back in October.
Nipping at Moore's heels is Aaron Baddeley, who fired a 5-under 65 and heads into the final day at 12-under. Baddeley will join Moore in the final pairing on Sunday.
Sergio Garcia also had a strong day with a 65, which vaulted him into a tie for third at 11-under 199. He is joined there by K.J. Choi (69), Scott Langley (70) and Michael Putnam (69).
Langley, who held the lead after two rounds at TPC River Highlands, is seeking his first career victory on the PGA Tour.
Choi had an up-and-down day, which found him in a tie for the lead at one point. He carded five birdies, but also made four bogeys on the day.
