Eagles' Samuel injures neck
The Associated Press
PHILADELPHIA -- Eagles two-time Pro Bowl cornerback Asante Samuel left Sunday night's game against Dallas with a neck injury and his return is questionable.
Samuel was one of three Eagles who left the game with injuries. Two-time Pro Bowl left tackle Jason Peters hurt his ankle and returned after needing X-rays.
Peters was hurt late in the first quarter when his left ankle got rolled up by Cowboys nose tackle Jay Ratliff after he sacked Donovan McNabb. Peters pounded the field and writhed in pain before he was helped off the field. He went to the locker room for X-rays and came back late in the first half.
Eagles safety Quintin Demps also left in the first half with an ankle injury.
