    Both quarterbacks to play for FIU against Florida Gators

    It could be a two-quarterback and two-running back system for the final two games of the season for FIU.

    Golden Panthers coach Mario Cristobal said Wednesday that it's likely starting quarterback Paul McCall and backup Wayne Younger will share the duties against Florida on Saturday and for the season finale against Florida Atlantic on Dec. 5.

  • Freshmen make impact for FIU football

    Because of numerous injuries, FIU has had to press plenty of freshmen into action this season.

    The Golden Panthers have played 16 true freshmen this season, which trails only Tulane (17) in the Football Bowl Subdivision.
