Kevin Durant willed the Thunder to victory Monday, hitting two key free throws and blocking a layup in the final minute to give Oklahoma City a 110-104 victory over the Houston Rockets in preseason action.
Durant finished with a game-high 26 points to go along with five rebounds, four assists and three blocks. Nick Collison scored 21 points, while Chris Wilcox had 13 points and 14 rebounds in the win.
Aaron Brooks led the Rockets with 20 points, and Yao Ming added 15 points and 16 boards. D.J. Strawberry contributed 16 points in the loss.
