The Atlanta Braves agreed to terms Friday on a one-year minor league contract with pitcher Scott Proctor.
Financial terms were not released, and Proctor will be a non-roster invitee to Atlanta's Spring Training camp in 2010.
Proctor, 32, didn't pitch in 2009. He appeared in 41 games for the Dodgers in 2008, going 2-0 with a 6.05 earned run average.
He spent the first three-plus seasons of his five-year career with the Yankees, serving as the team's primary set-up man to closer Mariano Rivera. He appeared in 166 combined games in 2006-07.
In total, Proctor has appeared in 262 games for the Yankees and Dodgers and has a 16-10 record with a 4.42 earned run average.
