Shoplifters caught outside Palmetto Bay store

A loss prevention officer at an Old Navy store in the 13600 block of South Dixie Highway saw two people pick items from the store and hide... them in bags, then they walked out without paying for them just before 1 p.m. March 23. The officer caught the suspects outside the store and they were arrested when police arrived.
