Elaborate digital mock-ups. Carefully hand-drawn helmets. Even a crude sketch on a paper towel.

After the purported new Miami Dolphins logo was leaked online in December, we invited readers to create their own designs for the Dolphins Logo Bowl competition. The result: More than 200 entries submitted through the Public Insight Network, an online community of people who have agreed to share their expertise.

But not every logo made it to the final round. After careful deliberation, staff members of The Miami Herald, El Nuevo Herald and WLRN|Miami Herald News chose the 10 sleekest designs.

Now it’s up to you, the readers.

Look through the top entries and vote for what you think is the best logo. The winner will be featured in The Miami Herald and will receive a $100 gift certificate to Duffy’s Sports Grill.

Voting will be open from Friday, Feb. 8, through 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12. The winner will be announced on Wednesday.
