Hasn’t anyone from the Florida Department of Transportation taken a drive on I-95 lately? I’ve lived in the state for 47 years, and am familiar with all the roads. However, once those new express lanes went up, big problems ensued.
Perhaps there wouldn’t be so many pole jumpers if the signs at the entrances to the express lanes clearly said that there are a limited number of exits (like three along the whole stretch).
The first time I used a lane in Miami-Dade, I didn’t know I couldn’t exit until I-395, when I wanted to get off at I-195. In Broward, it’s the same thing. There are signs saying where the road goes, but nothing at all about not being able to exit until those sites are reached. A few signs might save a lot of lives.
