Although not surprised by the Herald’s endorsement of Charlie Crist, I was rather stunned by their commentary that Charlie Crist has an “undoubted devotion” to the State of Florida and as such that gave him the clear edge in earning the endorsement. What edge were they looking at? The flip flopping “the environment is important to me now but might not be tomorrow as the fan blows” edge?
Apparently, the Herald and I are at odds with the meaning of devotion to the well-being of Floridians. Charlie Crist's devotion to anyone other than the betterment of Charlie Crist is very much in doubt.
