Plane siren for safe landings

All planes should be equipped with an loud siren to warn those on the ground of an emergency landing. When the engine of a plane cuts out, there is no sound or warning of the approach. An emergency siren would alert people to take cover. It would save lives and clear a place for the pilot to land more safely. This would have saved the lives of a father and daughter walking on the beach recently.
