Attached, please find a picture of my family. It was taken by and printed along with a story by the Macon Telegraph sometime between June 20th - July 31st, 1969. I have been trying to get a copy of the actual newsprint story, but have been unnable to find one. Perhaps you can. Thanking you for your efforts,

Pictured from left are standing: Dr. Rene A. Poveda (son), Arminda Perez-Poveda (sponsor/sister of Mr. Poveda), Rene R. Poveda; sitting: Attorney, Eliana M. Poveda (daughter), Hilda Castro-Poveda (sister of Mr. Poveda/sponsor), Libia Poveda (daughter), and Libia Penaranda de Poveda.
The Rene R. Poveda family came in the 2nd flight on June 14th, 1969 and arrived in Opa Locka Airport. From there they were taken in busses to the Freedom Tower where they were processed and welcomed by family and friends.
