Lotto, Powerball jackpots roll over

From Herald staff and wire reports

No one woke up to sudden mega-wealth Sunday morning -- the Florida Lotto and multistate Powerball jackpots both rolled over when no ticket matched all six numbers drawn in either game.

Saturday's Lotto numbers were 9, 16, 30, 41, 44 and 51. The Xtra multiplier for $2 tickets was 2. With no big winner, Wednesday's jackpot will be $21 million, the Florida Lottery said Sunday.

The Powerball numbers were 14, 22, 38, 49 and 59, and the Powerball was 16. The Power Play multiplier for $2 tickets was 2. Wednesday's jackpot grows to $41 million.

Four Powerball tickets nationwide matched the first five numbers but not the Powerball to win $200,000 apiece. A fifth was a Power Play ticket that won $1 million.

None of the five was sold in Florida.

Florida's Fantasy 5 players were a little luckier. Two tickets, including one sold in Miami, matched all five numbers to win $126,290.43 apiece, the Florida Lottery said.

Saturday's Fantasy 5 numbers were 4, 16, 17, 29 and 31. The Miami ticket was sold at the Shell gas station at 2020 NW 17th Ave. The other winner was a Quick Pick ticket sold in Fort Myers.
