    Just over 12 hours after his third place finish in the New Hampshire Republican primary, former Florida governor Jeb Bush spoke at a rally Wednesday morning at Sun City Hilton Head, in Bluffton. Bush invoked the presidencies of his father and brother when he told the crowd "South Carolina has been good to the Bushes in the past," and that he is "hoping and praying it'll be good again" when the state holds its Republican primary on Feb. 20.
