Pentagon lawyer regrets Seminole-al Qaeda analogy

The Defense Department lawyer told Seminole Tribe of Florida leaders he understood why they “would take offense” at tribe being equated to al Qaeda, but didn’t honor a Seminole request to withdraw the offending passage.
