SOLAR DISCUSSION

Solar power experts will lead a discussion about the benefits of solar design in South Florida at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 18, in the Omni auditorium at Broward Community College North Campus, 1000 Coconut Creek Blvd., Coconut Creek. The event is sponsored by The U.S. Green Building Council (www.usgbc.org) and the Fort Lauderdale American Institute of Architects (www.aia.org).

Panelists will be Bob Reedy from Florida Solar Energy Center, Roger Messenger and Dan Morris of Vergona-Bowersox Electric, Pete DiNapoli from Florida Solar Energy Industries Association, and several home owners who use solar.
