We're looking for examples of recovery, such as declining sales that have rebounded or customers again willing to pay a premium for special services or goods. The key factor is an actual rebound. Typical ``good'' economic news -- a new plant moving to town, or a business successfully reinventing itself -- doesn't quite fit the bill.
