PINECREST
A man and a woman shoplifted teeth whitening products valued at $653 from CVS pharmacy, 11299 S. Dixie Hwy., at 2 a.m. Oct. 16. Store security said the theft was caught on surveillance video.
A burglar collected a computer, two watches and jewelry together valued at $1,850 from a house in the 6700 block of Southwest 88th Street between noon and 12:45 p.m. Oct. 18.
PALMETTO BAY
A thief drove off with a 2007 Mercedes-Benz, whose owner is currently jailed, in the 16600 block of Old Cutler Road between noon May 31 and 12:45 p.m. Oct. 11.
A thief took a 2006 Kawasaki motorcycle in the 15800 block of Southwest 91st Court between 6 p.m. Oct. 23 and 1 p.m. Oct. 27.
A burglar stole a laptop computer and $350 after breaking a sliding glass door at a house in the 18200 block of Southwest 94th Court between 6:50 and 11:40 p.m. Oct. 22. The laptop was valued at $1,500. Damage was estimated at $200.
FAIRWAY HEIGHTS
A thief drove off with a 1993 Toyota Camry in the 10700 block of Southwest 156th Terrace between 2 and 5 a.m. Oct. 26 after the owner left the keys in the car while she went for a walk.
A thief stole a wallet, credit cards and $70 from a 2003 Jaguar S-type in the 16100 block of Southwest 107th Court between 3:15 and 3:30 p.m. Oct. 3. The items were valued at $51. CUTLER BAY
A burglar stole a DVD player and computer from a house in the 8900 block of Southwest 212th Lane after breaking a window between 5:30 a.m. Oct. 17 and 4:30 p.m. Nov. 1. The items were valued at $350.
A thief pocketed $3 in change from a 2001 Ford Escape in the 9000 block of Southwest 212th Lane between 3 p.m. Oct. 31 and 9 a.m. Nov. 1.
A burglar stole a diamond tennis bracelet, an engagement ring and a laptop computer after removing the glass panels from a door of a house in the 8700 block of Southwest 192nd Street between 2 and 4:15 p.m. Oct. 30. The items were valued at $15,300. Damage was estimated at $100.
NARANJA
A thief drove off with a 1990 Honda Civic in the 13800 block of Southwest 270th Street between 7 and 8 a.m. Oct. 26.
PRINCETONIAN PARK AREA
A burglar broke a brake lock and knob on a 2003 Freightliner truck at the corner of Southwest 248th Street and 127th Avenue between 9:30 p.m. Oct. 25 and 5 a.m. Oct. 26, but took nothing. Damage was estimated at $300.
PRINCETON
A thief stole a driver's license, a cellphone and car keys from a 1999 Isuzu in the 26800 block of Southwest 135th Avenue at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 27. The items were valued at $405.
LEISURE CITY
A thief stole a handicap permit from a 1991 Chevrolet station wagon in the 28100 block of Southwest 143rd Court between 5 p.m. Oct. 24 and 5 p.m. Oct. 26. The permit was valued at $1.50.
A thief took a 2005 Toyota van from a house in the 15000 block of Southwest 301st Terrace between 5 p.m. Oct. 25 and 2 p.m. Oct. 26 after the owner left it at the house to have the brakes fixed.
