A thief stole a messenger bag, reading glasses and papers from a 2000 Ford Excursion in the 9300 block of Northwest 108th Avenue after breaking a window between 8 a.m. and
6:30 p.m. Nov. 4. The items were valued at $65. Damage was estimated at $125.
DOLPHIN MALL AREA
A thief stole a laptop computer, a PlayStation and a camera after breaking a window on a 2008 Nissan Versa in the 11400 block of Northwest 12th Street between 3:30 and 5:15 p.m. Oct. 29. The items were valued at $1,029. Damage was estimated at $150.
COUNTRY CLUB OF MIAMI AREA
A thief stole a radar detector from a 2008 Toyota Tundra in the 7000 block of North Augusta Drive after breaking a window between 9 a.m. Nov. 1 and 1:45 a.m. Nov. 2. The radar detector was valued at $100. Damage was estimated at $300.
ACADIA PARK AREA
A thief stole a wallet and a cellphone after breaking a window on a 2006 Honda Civic at the corner of 193rd Terrace and Northwest 51st Avenue between 11 p.m. and midnight Oct. 31. The items were valued at $450. Damage was estimated at $300.
A thief stole papers and $600 after breaking a window on a 2007 Scion in the 19200 block of Northwest 52nd Avenue at 11 p.m. Oct. 31. The papers were valued at $40. Damage was estimated at $400.
A thief stole a purse, credit cards, $40, a driver's license and a cellphone after breaking a window on a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder at the corner of 193rd Terrace and Northwest 51st Avenue between 11 p.m. and midnight Oct. 31. The items were valued at $474. Damage was estimated at $300.
A thief stole a purse, $500, keys and other items from a 2004 Nissan Sentra in the 4900 block of Northwest 196th Terrace between at 1:45 p.m. Oct. 30. The items were valued at $47.
A thief stole a police bullet proof vest, three gun holsters, two magazines for a Glock handgun and a bag from a 2010 Dodge Charger at the corner of 190th Street and Northwest 53rd Avenue between 10 p.m. Oct. 29 and 7:30 a.m. Oct. 30. The items were valued at $850.
