SWEETWATER AREA
Someone damaged the hood of a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser in the 10800 block of Northwest Seventh Street, setting off the alarm between 10 and 10:30 p.m. May 3. Damage was estimated at $800.
FONTAINEBLEAU
A thief stole a laptop computer and a radio after breaking a door lock on a 1998 Ford Mustang in the 8800 block of Fontainebleau Boulevard between 10 p.m. May 3 and 7:30 a.m. May 4. The items were valued at $1,300. Damage was estimated at $200.
FLAGAMI AREA
A thief stole a gun, a utility belt, handcuffs, pepper spray, an ASP baton, a Department of Defense radio and police jacket from an unlocked 2005 Dodge Durango in the 9800 block of Southwest Second Street between 3 p.m. May 2 and noon May 3. The items were valued at $520.
A thief stole two watches, a purse and other items after breaking a window on a 2008 GMC in the 500 block of Southwest 90th Court between 8:45 and 11 p.m.
May 3. The items were valued at $691. Damage was estimated at $150.
CORAL TERRACE AREA
A thief stole a wallet and credit cards after breaking a window on a 1999 Ford Expedition in the 6800 block of Southwest 14th Street between 2:30 and 2:45 p.m. May 2. The items were valued at $21. Damage was estimated at $100.
CORAL GABLES
Thieves broke into five cars in the parking area of a building in the 100 block of Zamora Avenue between
4 p.m. April 28 and 8 a.m. April 29. The thieves made off with a pair of sunglasses valued at $250 from a BMW and another pair valued at $250 from a Cadillac Escalade. They also broke windows on a Mercedes-Benz SUV, a Nissan Murano and an Audi.
A thief drove away with a 2006 Lexus in the 1500 block of San Remo Avenue between 4 and 10:15 p.m.

A.D. BARNES PARK AREA
A thief stole a Miami-Dade County Code Enforcement radio from a 2008 Toyota Corolla in the 3700 block of Southwest 69th Avenue between 11:30 p.m. May 3 and 12:20 a.m. May 4. The radio was valued at $200.
SOUTH MIAMI
A thief stole a laptop computer valued at $640 from a trailer at a construction site, 6600 SW 57th Ave., between 4:15 p.m. April 29 and 7 a.m. April 30.
A thief took $1,500 from a wallet left on top of a paper towel dispenser at LA Fitness, 5701 SW 72nd St., between 5:30 and 5:45 p.m. April 25.
PINECREST
A thief smashed a window on a 2008 Toyota in the 12400 block of Southwest 81st Avenue, making off with a camera, a laptop computer, a wallet and a handbag together valued at $1,205 at
11 p.m. April 26.
A thief drove away with a 1999 Porsche valued at $15,000 from a house in the 8200 block of Southwest 128th Street between 3 and 8:30 a.m. April 29.
PALMETTO BAY
A thief stole a laptop computer after breaking a window on a 2005 Ford in the 13800 block of Southwest 74th Avenue between 9:15 and 9:45 p.m. April 28. The laptop was valued at $1,200. Damage was estimated at $200.
FAIRWAY HEIGHTS
A thief drove away with 1993 Lexus in the 9700 block of Southwest 160th Street between 9 p.m. May 3 and 5:45 a.m. May 4.
WEST PERRINE
A burglar stole chips, cookies and other snacks after prying open a vent opening at the concession stand at West Perrine Park, 10301 SW 170th Ter., between 9 p.m. April 30 and 11:45 a.m. May 1. The items were valued at $50. Damage was estimated at $30.
SOUTH MIAMI HEIGHTS
A burglar stole a computer from a house in foreclosure in the 12700 block of Southwest 204th Street between 7:30 p.m. April 29 and 4:45 p.m. May 2. The computer was valued at $500.
WESTCHESTER
A thief stole a purse, $300 and identification cards from a 2007 Nissan Altima in the 3600 block of Southwest 88th Court at 7 p.m. May 2. The items were valued at $41.
REDLAND
A thief drove away with a 1992 Pontiac Firebird in the 23700 block of Southwest 167th Avenue between March 8 and 10 a.m. May 2.
GOULDS
A thief drove away with a 1995 Ford Escort at the corner of South Dixie Highway and 220th Street between
8 a.m. May 2 and 5:30 p.m.
May 3.
FLORIDA CITY
A thief stole a wallet valued at $30 from a car in the 1200 block of Northwest Fifth Court between 2:30 and 3:15 p.m. May 1.
GOULDS PARK AREA
An intruder tried to break a hurricane-resistant window and pry open a door at a house in the 10900 block of Southwest 217th Street between 5 p.m. May 3 and 2:20 p.m. May 4. Damage was estimated at $250.
A thief drove away with a 2007 Dodge in the 22500 block of Southwest 103rd Court between 11:30 p.m.
May 3 and 9 a.m. May 4.
Thieves stole furniture and an air conditioner from an unlocked house in the 11700 block of Southwest 225th Street between April 25 and 9:20 a.m. May 1. The items were valued at $8,000.
PRINCETON
Vandals smashed three toilets, broke a banister, spray-painted walls and broke a door at a house in the 11900 block of Southwest 268th Terrace between April 14 and 8:15 p.m. May 4. Damage was estimated at $4,700.
A burglar damaged the lock on a sliding glass door and broke a bathroom door at a house in the 11000 block of Southwest 243rd Street between 5 p.m. April 26 and
4 p.m. May 1. Damage was estimated at $120.
LEISURE CITY
Thieves made off with an outdoor storage container, bike and grill from a house in the 29400 block of Southwest 146th Avenue between 6 p.m. May 2 and 12:30 p.m. May 4. The items were valued at $3,000.
A burglar tried to pry open a door at an apartment in the 15400 block of Southwest 288th Street between 6:30 a.m. May 1 and 5:15 a.m. May 3. Damage was estimated at $100.
HOMESTEAD
A burglar broke into a house in the 400 block of Southeast 12th Terrace, making off with a camera, two watches, jewelry and an Xbox together valued at $7,300 between 6 and 8:45 p.m.
