Leather-clad motorcyclists had a hot ride but received solid support from elected officials and police departments as they all joined together for a great cause.

    Dadeland hosting Family Safety Day on Saturday

    Dadeland Mall will present its Family Safety Awareness Day on Saturday, July 26, from 2 to 5 p.m. It will feature safety demonstrations, VIN etching, child seat checks and viewing of police vehicles and a helicopter. Activities for kids include having their photos taken with McGruff the Crime Dog and taking part in a coloring contest.
