• MIAMI BEACH

A thief stole a bicycle valued at $600 in the 700 block of Lincoln Road between midnight and 12:15 a.m. Nov. 2.

A vandal smashed a window on a 2003 Toyota Highlander in the 900 block of Lincoln Lane South between 6:15 and 8:45 p.m. Nov. 2.

A burglar entered a man's apartment in the 200 block of Ninth Street while he was inside sleeping and stole his backpack with books and a laptop computer between 11:30 p.m. Nov. 1 and 4 a.m. Nov. 2. The items were valued at $950.

A thief stole a man's duffle bag with a cellphone, an iPod and other items together valued at $1,275 in the 1300 block of the beach while he was swimming between 8:30 and 9:15 p.m. Nov. 3.

A thief stole a laptop computer valued at $610 from a 2007 Honda Accord in the 4100 block of Pinetree Drive between 4 and 5 p.m. Nov. 3.

A thief stole golf clubs and a kite board together valued at $8,000 after smashing a window on a 2007 Lexus in the 1700 block of Washington Avenue between 9 a.m. Nov. 2 and 8 a.m. Nov. 3.

• BAL HARBOUR

A thief stole sunglasses, gift cards, a watch and $40 from a home in the 300 block of Harbour Way between 4 p.m. July 7 and 10:30 a.m. Oct. 9.

A thief stole a computer from an apartment in the 10200 block of Collins Avenue between 1:50 p.m. Oct. 9 and 10 a.m. Oct. 10.

• SURFSIDE

A thief stole a radar detector from a car in the 8800 block of Froude Avenue between 6:30 p.m. Oct. 31 and 3 p.m. Nov. 2. The item was valued at $90.

A thief stole an iPod and $40 from a car in the 9000 block of Dickens Avenue between 7 p.m. Oct. 31 and 7 p.m. Nov. 1. The iPod was valued at $80.

• DOWNTOWN MIAMI

A burglar ransacked a business at 345 NE Second Ave. between 10:30 p.m. Oct. 13 and 5 a.m. Oct. 14.

A burglar kicked in the front door of an apartment in the 100 block of Northeast Second Avenue on Oct. 11.

• WYNWOOD

A burglar broke into an apartment in the 400 block of Northeast 23rd Street between 2 and 6 p.m. Oct. 14.

A burglar ransacked a business at 2122 NW Seventh Ave. between 6 p.m. Oct. 10 and 8 a.m. Oct. 13.

Police arrested a man on a charges of burglary and theft after they said he broke into a building at 2425 N. Miami Ave. and stole metal fittings on Oct. 10.

A burglar forced open a door and ransacked a business at 711 NE 29th St. on Oct. 13.

• UPPER EASTSIDE

A burglar ransacked a business at 335 NE 59th Ter. between 1 and 8:45 p.m. Oct. 12.

• LITTLE HAITI

A burglar ransacked a building at 76 NW 72nd St. between 11 a.m. Oct. 14 and 1:30 a.m. Oct. 16.

A burglar broke into a Midas shop, 555 NW 79th St., on Oct. 13.

• SUNNY ISLES BEACH

A thief stole a man's wallet valued at $100, with credit cards, checks and $2,000 cash, after he set the wallet down on a lounge chair to go swimming in the pool at the Acqualina Resort, 17875 Collins Ave., between 6 and 7:15 p.m. Oct. 26.

Burglars stole several tools after breaking the storage boxes at the Jade construction site at 17021 Collins Ave. at 8:15 a.m. Oct. 24.

A thief stole a Louis Vuitton purse valued at $1,000, along with credit cards and $5,000 cash, after smashing a window on a 2008 BMW in the 16000 block of Collins Avenue between 8:45 and 9 p.m. Oct. 24.

• AVENTURA

A thief stole a man's Hermes watch valued at $5,000 after he set it down on the ground to hit golf balls at a hitting station at the Sports Authority, 18499 Biscayne Blvd., between 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. Oct. 25.

• UNINCORPORATED MIAMI-DADE

Thieves stole four tires from a 2007 Nissan Maxima in the 12900 block of Northwest First Avenue between 6:30 p.m. Oct. 19 and 6 a.m. Oct. 20. The tires were valued at $400.

A thief broke a window on a 2004 Toyota 4Runner in the 2300 block of Northeast 185th Street between 10 p.m. Oct. 19 and 10 a.m. Oct. 20. Damage was estimated at $150.

Two thieves stole two boxes of knives after slipping through a crack in a door at Kitchen Universe, 20402 NE 15th Ct., at 2:45 a.m. Oct. 20. Knives were valued at $600.

A burglar kicked in the front door of an apartment in the 15400 block of Northeast Sixth Avenue between 2 and 2:15 p.m. Oct. 20, but fled when he encountered the resident. Damage was estimated at $320.

A burglar stole $400, three watches and ring after breaking a window at a house in the 400 block of Northwest 101st Street between 10:45 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. Oct. 20. The stolen items were valued at $4,400.
