A burglar pried a lock off a door at Cut-N-Play, 18787 Biscayne Blvd., and rummaged through the register and front desk between 11 p.m. Oct. 24 and 7 a.m. Oct. 25.

A thief stole a Florida automobile tag and decal off a 2002 Toyota Corolla in the 3500 block of Magellan Circle between noon Oct. 18 and 4:15 p.m. Oct. 25.

A vandal scratched the sides on a black 2007 Volkswagen Jetta parked outside Aventura Mall, 19501 Biscayne Blvd., between 10 and 11:30 a.m. Oct. 24.

• SUNNY ISLES BEACH

A thief stole $120 from a server's handbag in a cabinet underneath the register at Denny's, 17550 Collins Ave., between 4:30 and 9:15 p.m. Oct. 17.

A thief stole several linens valued at $1,500 from a plastic bin in the rear parking lot of Timo, 17624 Collins Ave., between 1 and 7 a.m. Oct. 19. The linens were placed in the bin to be picked up for cleaning.

Thieves stole a yellow soccer bench valued at $100 from Gwen Margolis Park, 17815 N. Bay Rd., between 2 p.m. Oct. 17 and 5 p.m. Oct. 20.

A thief stole a 2008 Honda CBR motorcycle in the 17100 block of North Bay Road between 9:30 p.m. Oct. 19 and 5:15 a.m. Oct. 20. The motorcycle was valued at $8,000.

A thief stole a Florida tag and decal off a car in the 100 block of Bayview Drive between 9 p.m. Oct. 2 and 9 a.m. Oct. 3.

A thief stole a bicycle valued at $600 chained to a fence in the 16600 block of Collins Avenue between 2 and 3:45 p.m. Oct. 17.

A burglar stole several bottles of liquor valued at $300 after breaking into a bar at the Ramada Marco Polo Resort, 19201 Collins Ave., between 7:30 p.m. Oct. 17 and 9:30 a.m. Oct. 18.

A thief stole checks, a laptop computer, two purses and six credit cards after breaking into a 2004 Saturn Ion in the 19200 block of Collins Avenue between 10:15 p.m. Oct. 18 and 12:30 a.m. Oct. 19. The items were valued at $835.

• NORTH MIAMI BEACH

A thief stole a purse containing jewelry, checks, a Florida driver's license, an iPhone, a Social Security card, $400 cash and other items after breaking a window on a 2008 Audi in the 16300 block of Biscayne Boulevard between 8:30 and 10 p.m. Oct. 23. The iPhone, gold chain and purse were valued at $800. Damage was estimated at $500.

A burglar stole a 23-inch flat screen TV, jewelry, a purse, keys, a Nintendo game station, video games and a credit card together valued at $802 after breaking a door and ransacking a residence in the 1000 block of Northeast 153rd Terrace between 9:15 and 1 p.m. Oct. 23.

A vandal slashed a tire on a 2002 Honda CR-V in the 100 block of Northeast 169th Terrace between 3 p.m. Oct. 22 and 8 a.m. Oct. 23. Damage was estimated at $200.

A burglar crawled through a window and ransacked a residence in the 3300 block of Northeast 165th Street between noon Oct. 9 and 11 a.m. Oct. 21.

A thief stole a purse containing a wallet, a Rolex watch, clothes, credit cards and other items together valued at $5,200 after breaking into a 2002 Mercedes-Benz n the 14500 block of Biscayne Boulevard between 9:30 and 11 a.m. Oct. 21.

A thief stole a flashlight valued at $10 from a 1997 Toyota Camry in the 1700 block of Northeast 174th Street between 1 and 5 a.m. Oct. 20.

A burglar pried open the front door of Soul Travel, 17184 W. Dixie Hwy., and took $31,565 cash from a drawer between 9:30 p.m. Oct. 19 and 9 a.m. Oct. 20. The money was meant to be wired to Brazil for the business' clients.
