• SUNNY ISLES BEACH
A burglar stole $5,000 hidden under a couch cushion after ransacking an apartment in the 18900 block of Collins Avenue between 3 p.m. Sept. 26 and 1:30 a.m. Sept. 27.
A thief stole a radio valued at $200 off a desk at a Publix, 18330 Collins Ave., between 9 and 10:45 p.m. Sept. 21.
A thief stole a television valued at $800 from the pool bar at Sole on the Ocean, 17315 Collins Ave., between midnight Sept. 22 and 8:30 a.m. Sept. 24.
A thief stole two duffle bags valued at $51 from a hotel room at the Ramada Marco Polo resort, 19201 Collins Ave., between 9 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Sept. 23.
A vandal shattered the glass cooler of the bar at the Doubletree Ocean Point Resort & Spa, 17375 Collins Ave., between 5 p.m. Sept. 21 and 4:30 a.m. Sept. 22.
• NORTH MIAMI BEACH
A burglar stole a laptop computer valued at $1,500 after shattering a bedroom window of a residence in the 1700 block of Northeast 179th Street between 8:30 and 11:30 a.m. Sept. 15.
A thief stole a purse with $60 and a driver's license from a 2002 Dodge four door in the 1000 block of Northeast 158th Street between 3:30 and 4 p.m. Sept. 15.
A thief stole a mountain bike valued at $70 from an apartment in the 2100 block of Northeast 169th Street between 6 p.m. Sept. 14 and 7 a.m. Sept. 15.
• UNINCORPORATED MIAMI-DADE
A thief stole a purse, wallet, $100, drivers license and other identification cards after breaking a window on a 2002 Ford Windstar van in the 600 block of Northeast 163rd Street at 10:15 p.m. Sept. 22. The items were valued at $91. Damage was estimated at $150.
A burglar stole a television after smashing the front glass door of the Las Brisas Café in the 18100 block of West Dixie Highway between 2 p.m. Sept. 20 and 5 a.m. Sept. 21. The television was valued at $400. Damage was estimated at $400.
A thief tried to pry open a lock on a 2008 Honda Element in the 200 block of Northeast 191st Street between 7 p.m. Sept. 19 and 10:30 a.m. Sept. 20. Damage was estimated at $300.
A thief stole a GPS after breaking a window of a 1997 Chevrolet Suburban in the 14300 block of Northwest 16th Court between 8 p.m. Sept. 20 and 6 a.m. Sept. 21. The GPS was valued at $150. Damage was estimated at $200.
A thief stole a book bag after breaking a window on a 2008 Honda truck in the 300 block of Northeast 167th Street between 1 and 1:15 p.m. Sept. 21. The book bag and its contents were valued at $400. Damage was estimated at $100.
• NORTH BAY VILLAGE
A thief stole someone's wallet containing three credit cards, along with a cellphone, at Happy Stork Lounge, 1872 79th Street Causeway, between 11:30 p.m. Sept. 24 and 2:30 a.m. Sept. 25.
A thief stole the front grill off a 2009 Mercedes-Benz in the 7600 block of East Treasure Drive between 9:30 p.m. Sept. 24 and 9 a.m. Sept. 25.
A thief stole a garden hose and two ladders from a utility room of an apartment building in the 7900 block of East Drive between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. Sept. 24.
• MIAMI BEACH
A thief stole a 2004 Yamaha motorcycle in the 6400 block of Collins Avenue between 6 p.m. Sept. 28 and 8 p.m. Sept. 29.
Burglars stole two plasma TVs, a 42-inch and a 36-inch, a Rolex watch, video camera and laptop computer after entering through the bathroom window of an apartment in the 7500 block of Carlyle Avenue between 10:45 and 11:15 p.m. Sept. 29.
A man tried to steal another man's bicycle outside his apartment in the 700 block of Jefferson Avenue but instead made off with the victim's cellphone at 4 a.m. Sept. 30. The victim said he saw the man taking the bike and went outside and tackled him. The thief let go of the bike but when the victim dropped his cellphone, the man took it and ran off.
A thief stole a GPS, two cameras, lens and other camera equipment together valued at $7,290 after smashing a window on a 2010 Kia at KFC, 930 41st St., between 12:45 and 1 p.m. Sept. 30.
A thief stole a 2002 Chevrolet Malibu at Lincoln Road and Jefferson Avenue between 4:15 p.m. Sept. 29 and 5 p.m. Sept. 30.
A man entered Victoria's Secret, 901 Lincoln Rd., filled a white bag with 75 panties off a display table and ran out at 4:15 p.m. Sept. 30. The panties were valued at $1,200.
Police arrested a 55-year-old man on a charge of theft at CVS pharmacy, 306 Lincoln Rd., after store security said he stole light bulbs valued at $4 at 5:15 p.m. Sept. 30.
A thief stole a 2008 Yamaha scooter outside the Flamingo, 1504 Bay Rd., between 8 a.m. Sept. 28 and 5 p.m. Sept. 29.
