• MIAMI GARDENS

A burglar stole two cellphones, a wallet, credit cards and identification cards from a house in the 4400 block of Northwest 185th Street between 6 p.m. Sept. 22 and 9 a.m. Sept. 23. The items were valued at $904.

A thief stole an air conditioner and compressor after cutting a lock at a house in the 15600 block of Northwest 40th Court between 1 p.m. Sept. 18 and 10 a.m. Sept. 23. The items were valued at $3,000.

A burglar pried open an iron door at a house in the 18900 block of Northwest 17th Avenue but fled when the resident confronted him at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 24. Damage was valued at $200.

A burglar stole a television, a DVD player and a duffle bag after breaking a window at a house in the 1900 block of Northwest 183rd Street between 1 and 6:30 p.m. Sept. 24. The items were valued at $660.

A burglar stole a computer, a Remington rifle and other items from an apartment in the 4300 block of Northwest 183rd Street between 8 a.m. Sept. 24 and 10:15 a.m. Sept. 25. The items were valued at $900.

• WEST LITTLE RIVER

A thief stole a 1995 Toyota Corolla at the corner of Northwest 84th Street and 27th Avenue at 8:45 p.m. Sept. 25.

A thief stole a 1978 Mack truck in the 2900 block of Northwest North River Drive between 1 p.m. June 9 and 1:30 p.m. Sept. 25.

• GLADEVIEW

A thief stole a 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora in the 1700 block of Northwest 69th Terrace between 8:30 p.m. Sept. 24 and 5:30 a.m. Sept. 25.

• LIBERTY CITY

A thief stole an employee's cellphone while she was working at a store at 1502 NW 60th St. on Aug. 27.

• ALLAPATTAH

A burglar broke into a business under construction at 1311 NW 24th St. on Aug. 19.

A burglar ransacked a house in the 1300 block of Northwest 26th Street between 2 and 4:30 p.m. Aug. 21. The victim told police he has surveillance video of the burglar, who was wearing gloves and a ski mask.

A burglar tried to beak into a house in the 1200 block of Northwest 38th Street on Aug. 21.

• MELROSE AREA

A vandal ransacked a vacant house in the 2200 block of Northwest 33rd Street on Aug. 20.

• UNINCORPORATED MIAMI-DADE

A thief stole six batteries from six golf carts at the Greynolds Park golf course, 17530 W. Dixie Hwy., between 7 a.m. Sept. 21 and 7 a.m. Sept. 22. The batteries were valued at $600.

A thief stole three identification cards and two credit cards from a 1990 Geo at the corner of Northeast 159th Street and Sixth Avenue between 7:30 and 10 p.m. Sept. 28.

A thief stole a DVD player, a camera, a driver's license, a wallet, two credit cards and $186 after breaking a door lock and a glove box latch on a 2007 Dodge Charger at the corner of Collins Avenue and 108th Street between 6 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. Sept. 30. The items were valued at $1,100. Damage was estimated at $350.

A thief stole a DVD player and two speakers after breaking a door lock on a 2003 Ford Expedition in the 15900 block of Northwest Second Avenue between 7:30 p.m. Sept. 28 and 5:30 a.m. Sept. 29. The items were valued at $620. Damage was estimated at $100.

• COUNTRY LAKE PARK AREA

A thief stole a 2006 Hummer, along with a laptop computer, in the 7900 block of Northwest 186th Terrace between 7:30 p.m. Sept. 18 and 6:30 a.m. Sept. 19. The laptop was valued at $2,000.

• COUNTRY CLUB OF MIAMI AREA

A thief stole a 2007 BMW in the 18900 block of West Oakmont Drive between 6:45 p.m. Sept. 20 and 9:15 a.m. Sept. 22.

• ACADIA PARK AREA

A burglar broke a key hole on a 2008 Dodge Charger in the 18800 block of Northwest 57th Avenue and searched it between 8 and 8:15 p.m. Sept. 26 but took nothing. Damage was estimated at $300.

A thief stole a 1994 Honda Accord in the 4800 block of Northwest 190th Street between 9 p.m. Sept. 24 and 7:30 a.m. Sept. 25.

A thief stole a 2005 Honda Accord in the 6400 block of Northwest 186th Street between 7:45 and 9:15 p.m. Sept. 22.

A thief stole a 1997 Honda in the 6700 block of Northwest 186th Street between 9:30 p.m. Sept. 21 and 11 a.m. Sept. 22.

• PALM SPRINGS NORTH AREA

A thief stole a 2005 Toyota Landcruiser in the 17000 block of Northwest 89th Avenue between 9:15 p.m. Sept. 24 and 7:15 a.m. Sept. 25.

A thief stole a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix in the 17200 block of Northwest 73rd Place at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 20. The car was later found at Miami Lakes Drive and Northwest 77th Avenue with damage to its windshield and body. The damage was estimated at $1,000.

• HIALEAH

Police arrested a 26-year-old man on a charge of resisting without violence after they stopped him in the 400 block of Palm Avenue and 45th Place for a traffic violation and he refused to step out of the car on Sept. 21.

A thief stole a car in the 200 block of East 17th Street between 10 p.m. Sept. 18 and 5:30 a.m. Sept. 19.

A burglar stole a laptop computer from a residence in the 100 block of East Curtis Drive between 7:30 and 8 p.m. Sept. 18.
