MIAMI GARDENS
A burglar stole a Jamaican passport, jewelry, a crystal glass, suitcase, jewelry box and lock box after breaking a window at an apartment in the 21400 block of Northwest 13th Court between 6:45 p.m. Sept. 12 and 9:45 a.m. Sept. 13. The items were valued at $3,529. Damage was estimated at $200.
Police arrested a man inside a vacant town house in the 4600 block of Northwest 185th Street at 8 a.m. Sept. 12 after the owner complained that burglars were repeatedly breaking into the town house and staying there. The man told police he had been staying in the town house for two weeks.
A burglar tried to pry open a laundry room door at a house in the 1400 block of Northwest 183rd Street at 4 a.m. Sept. 10 but fled when the resident screamed. Damage was estimated at $1.
A burglar stole jewelry, two PlayStations and other items after breaking a window at a house in the 1800 block of Northwest 155th Street between 7:45 a.m. and 5 p.m. Sept. 9. The items were valued at $1,420. Damage was estimated at $100.
A burglar stole a 47-inch television, camera, checks and jewelry from an apartment in the 20900 block of Northwest 14th Place between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Sept. 9. The items were valued at $3,100.
OPA-LOCKA
A thief stole a purse from an office at the H.R.S. Building, 200 Opa-locka Blvd., between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sept. 25.
A burglar stole a TV after breaking a screen door at a apartment in the 13000 block of Aswan Road between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sept. 30.
WESTVIEW
A burglar broke a window at a house in the 12600 block of Northwest 17th Avenue between 10 and 11:45 a.m. Sept. 10. Damage was estimated at $80.
GLADEVIEW
A thief stole a trailer after breaking a gate at J & E Transport, 3200 NW 69th St., between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. Sept. 12. The trailer was valued at $7,000. Damage was estimated at $1,000.
LIBERTY CITY
An intruder kicked in the front door of a house in the 1400 block of Northwest 51st Street between June 28 and Aug. 16.
A burglar kicked in the front door of a house in the 6500 block of Northwest 11th Avenue between Aug. 16 and Aug. 18.
BROWNSVILLE
A burglar stole copper wires, a water heater and power box after damaging two fence locks at a vacant house in the 2900 block of Northwest 51st Street between 6:30 p.m. Sept. 10 and 10:45 p.m. Sept. 12. The items were valued at $1,450. Damage was estimated at $54.
ALLAPATTAH
A burglar broke into a house in the 3200 block of Northwest 22nd Avenue between 7 a.m. Aug. 15 and 6 a.m. Aug. 16.
DOLPHIN MALL AREA
A thief stole a GPS after breaking a window on a 2006 Hummer outside the Bass Pro Shop, 11401 NW 12th St., at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 25. The GPS was valued at $200. Damage was estimated at $150.
COUNTRY CLUB OF MIAMI AREA
A burglar stole two televisions and six watches after kicking in the front door of a house in the 19800 block of West Lake Drive between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. Sept. 26. The items were valued at $2,200.
ACADIA PARK AREA
A thief stole a 2008 Lexus in the 5500 block of Northwest 201st Street between 1 p.m. Sept. 27 and 8:45 a.m. Sept. 28.
A thief stole a 1999 Ford F-250 in the 4900 block of Northwest 197th Street between 7 and 7:30 p.m. Sept. 28.
