A thief broke a window on a 2007 Nissan Sentra in the 20300 block of Northeast Second Avenue between 7 p.m. Oct. 14 and 10:30 a.m. Oct. 15. Damage was estimated at $200.

A burglar pried open a door at a house in the 2400 block of Northwest 170th Terrace between 7:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Oct. 14. Damage was estimated at $100.

A thief stole a laptop computer and jewelry after breaking a window of a house in the 19300 block of Northwest First Place between 9:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Oct. 14. The items were valued at $2,050. Damage was estimated at $400.

Police arrested two Miami men after a neighbor identified them as the burglars who stole a PlayStation, a laptop computer, sneakers, 16 PlayStation games, three PlayStation controllers, a watch, earrings and a ring from a house in the 18700 block of Northwest 43rd Avenue between 11:15 and 11:30 a.m.

Oct. 14. The items, valued at $2,230, were later found in a van outside a house where one of the burglary suspects lived.

A thief stole a laptop computer, a laptop battery charger, a camera, a purse, a wallet, $200 and other items after breaking a window on a 1994 Honda Civic in the 18200 block of Northwest 27th Avenue between 3:15 and 3:30 p.m. Oct. 14. The items were valued at $4,050. Damage was estimated at $250.

A thief stole a box of movies and books from a 2001 Ford Explorer in the 2400 block of Northwest 143rd Street between 6:30 and 9 p.m. Sept. 20. The items were valued at $150.

• WEST LITTLE RIVER

A thief stole a Honda motorcycle in the 7900 block of Northwest 18th Avenue between 1:45 p.m. Oct. 16 and

8 a.m. Oct. 17.

• LIBERTY CITY

A thief stole a wallet from a house in the 1800 block of Northwest 55th Terrace on Sept. 18.

A thief stole 20 sheets of drywall from a construction site at 5200 NW 17th Ave. on

Sept. 12.

• BROWNSVILLE

A thief stole a 1996 Ford Crown Victoria in the 5400 block of Northwest 22nd Avenue between 9:45 and

11:30 a.m. Oct. 16.

• ALLAPATTAH

A burglar stole lawn equipment from a shed behind a house in the 3000 block of Northwest 17th Street on Sept. 20.

A burglar stole a cable modem from a house in the 1300 block of Northwest 31st Street on Sept. 7.

• MELROSE AREA

A thief stole a 1999 Freightliner truck at the corner of 34th Street and Northwest 36th Avenue between 8 and 9 a.m. Oct. 16.

• PALM SPRINGS NORTH AREA

A burglar tried to push open a door at an apartment in the 7000 block of Northwest 179th Street at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 13.

A burglar stole $5,000, a laptop computer and jewelry after breaking a window of a house in the 17000 block of Northwest 78th Avenue between 6:30 and 10:15 p.m.

Oct. 13. The items were valued at $9,500. Damage was estimated at $500.

• ACADIA PARK AREA

A burglar stole a laptop computer, a PlayStation, PlayStation games, three watches and identification cards after prying open a French door at a house in the 5500 block of Northwest 184th Terrace between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Oct. 13. The items were valued at $2,762. Damage was estimated at $300.
