Tolls on I-95 off to good start, FHP says

 
Slow morning traffic moves north on Interstate 95 on Friday morning. The true test of the Express lanes is expected during the afternoon rush hour.

After months of preparation by state troopers and traffic engineers, a new toll system is up and running for special northbound lanes on Interstate 95.
