A thief stole tools valued at $400 from a 2000 Ford F-350 in the 2500 block of Southwest 109th Avenue between 9 p.m. Oct. 28 and 7 a.m. Oct. 29.

• UNIVERSITY PARK AREA

A thief stole a purse, a laptop computer, a wallet, credit cards and other items after breaking a window on a 2004 Ford Mustang in the 10300 block of Southwest 11th Street between 10 and 10:15 p.m. Oct. 28. The items were valued at $3,605. Damage was estimated at $150.

• FONTAINEBLEAU

A thief stole a wallet, $30 and identification cards from an unlocked 2004 Chevrolet in the 800 block of Northwest 87th Avenue between 8 a.m. and

5 p.m. Oct. 11. The items were valued at $17.

• SOUTH MIAMI

Someone stole a purse valued at $300 from Bougainvillea's Tavern, 7221 SW 58th Ave., at 2:45 a.m. Oct. 15. The thief also took a BlackBerry valued at $428 and a car key valued at $75.

A thief stole a GPS device valued at $600, from an unlocked 2009 Volkswagen Jetta in the 5800 block of Southwest 86th Street between 8 p.m.

Oct. 15 and 7:30 a.m. Oct. 16.

A thief stole a 1991 Dodge Dynasty valued at $1,000 in the 6200 block of Southwest 40th Street between 3:30 p.m. Oct. 18 and midnight Oct. 19.

A thief smashed the window of a 2001 Lexus at South Miami Park's soccer field, 4300 SW 58th Ave., and stole $20 and a cellphone valued at $200 between 1:15 and 3 p.m. Oct. 17.

• PINECREST

A man and a woman shoplifted teeth-whitening products valued at $653 from CVS pharmacy, 11299 S. Dixie Hwy., at

2 a.m. Oct. 16. Store security said the theft was caught on surveillance video.

A burglar stole a computer, two watches and jewelry together valued at $1,850 from a house in the 6700 block of Southwest 88th Street between noon and 12:45 p.m.

• PALMETTO BAY

A thief stole a 2007 Mercedes-Benz in the 16600 block of Old Cutler Road between noon May 31 and 12:45 p.m. Oct. 11.

A thief stole a 2006 Kawasaki motorcycle in the 15800 block of Southwest 91st Court between 6 p.m. Oct. 23 and 1 p.m. Oct. 27.

A burglar stole a laptop computer and $350 after breaking a sliding-glass door at a house in the 18200 block of Southwest 94th Court between 6:50 and 11:40 p.m.

Oct. 22. The laptop was valued at $1,500. Damage was estimated at $200.

• FAIRWAY HEIGHTS

A thief stole a 1993 Toyota Camry in the 10700 block of Southwest 156th Terrace between 2 and 5 a.m. Oct. 26 after the owner left the keys in the car while she went for a walk.

A thief stole a wallet, credit cards and $70 from a 2003 Jaguar S-type in the 16100 block of Southwest 107th Court between 3:15 and 3:30 p.m. Oct. 3. The items were valued at $51.• CUTLER BAY

A burglar stole a DVD player and computer from a house in the 8900 block of Southwest 212th Lane after breaking a window between

5:30 a.m. Oct. 17 and 4:30 p.m.

Nov. 1. The items were valued

at $350.

A thief stole $3 in change from a 2001 Ford Escape in the 9000 block of Southwest 212th Lane between 3 p.m.

Oct. 31 and 9 a.m. Nov. 1.

A burglar stole a diamond tennis bracelet, an engagement ring and a laptop computer after removing the glass panels from a door of a house in the 8700 block of Southwest 192nd Street between 2 and 4:15 p.m. Oct. 30. The items were valued at $15,300. Damage was estimated at $100.
