• GOULDS

A burglar tried to pry open a back door at Advanced Auto Parts, 22985 S. Dixie Hwy., between 9:30 p.m. Sept. 23 and 7 a.m. Sept. 24. Damage was estimated at $1,000.

A thief made off with tools, an ice cooler and a battery after cutting a hole in a fence at Roque Auto Service, 22780 S. Dixie Hwy., between 1 and 8 a.m. Sept. 23. The items were valued at $300. Damage was estimated at $100.

• GOULDS PARK AREA

A thief hauled away a 2000 Tori boat trailer in the 10400 block of Southwest 224th Terrace between 7 a.m. Sept. 9 and 9 a.m. Sept. 10.

• NARANJA

A thief grabbed a gold chain and purse after breaking a window on a 2000 Mustang in the 26000 block of Southwest 139th Avenue between midnight Sept. 23 and 2:15 p.m. Sept. 24. The items were valued at $270. Damage was estimated at $100.

A thief stole a radio and a laptop computer from a 2004 Mazda in the 13900 block of Southwest 260th Street between 8 p.m. Sept. 25 and 6 a.m. Sept. 26. The items were valued at $1,150.

• PRINCETON

A thief lifted documents from a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer in the 27100 block of Southwest 134th Place between 7 p.m. Sept. 3 and 5 a.m. Sept. 4.

• LEISURE CITY

A thief took a disabled parking permit from a 1992 Mercury Sable in the 30600 block of Southwest 156th Avenue between 9:30 p.m. Sept. 18 and 8 a.m. Sept. 19. The permit was valued at $17.60.

A burglar stole a computer and a copy machine after prying open a window at the South Dade United Church, 28940 SW 152nd Ave., between 6 p.m. Sept. 23 and 8:10 a.m. Sept. 24. The stolen items were valued at $900.

A burglar snatched two watches, an Xbox and two cellphones after pushing in a window-mounted air conditioner at a house in the 29500 block of Southwest 155th Avenue between 7 a.m. and 7:15 p.m. Sept. 23. The items were valued at $900.

A thief grabbed a laptop computer and a leather case from a 1996 Nissan Sentra in the 13200 block of Biscayne Drive between noon and 2 p.m. Sept. 26. The items were valued at $1,540.

A thief stole a radio and identification cards after breaking a window on a 1993 Chevrolet Silverado in the 16000 block of Southwest 304th Street between 10 p.m. Sept. 26 and 7:15 a.m. Sept. 27. The items were valued at $70. Damage was estimated at $150.

A thief snatched a tool box and tools after breaking a window on a 1994 Isuzu Rodeo in the 15400 block of Southwest 288th Street between 9:30 a.m. Sept. 25 and 9:45 a.m. Sept. 26. The items were valued at $1,000.

A thief took only the registration card from a 2003 Mitsubishi in the 29100 block of Southwest 147th Avenue after breaking a window between 9 p.m. Sept. 27 and 1 p.m. Sept. 28. The card was valued at $15. Damage was estimated at $150.

• HOMESTEAD

A thief stole a cellphone and tools together valued at $700 and $450 cash from a 2006 GMC outside Homestead Hospital, 975 Baptist Way, between 6:30 and 8 p.m. Sept. 23.

A thief hauled away an air conditioning unit valued at $2,200 from a house in the 3000 block of Southeast 1st Drive between 5 p.m. Sept. 22 and 1:30 p.m. Sept. 23.

• FLORIDA CITY

Police arrested a man on a charge of possession of cocaine in the first block of Northwest Eighth Avenue between 2:15 and 2:30 p.m. Sept. 23.

• PINECREST

A thief took $100, a wallet and medication valued at $100 from an unlocked 2006 Ford Expedition in the 13200 block of Southwest 63rd Avenue between 11:15 and 11:45 a.m. Sept. 18.
