• GOULDS PARK AREA

A burglar stole $100 and a handgun after breaking a window at a house in the 22200 block of Southwest 112th Avenue between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Sept. 15. The gun was valued at $336. Damage was estimated at $25.

• EAST REDLAND

A thief collected sunglasses, a cooler, two drills, a lazer level, an iPod and an iPod boom box from an unlocked 2007 Chevrolet Suburban and 2003 Chevrolet pickup in the 20700 block of Southwest 132nd Avenue between 9:30 p.m. Sept. 16 and 7:45 a.m. Sept. 17. The items were valued at $1,110.

• NARANJA

A burglar took $900 after entering an unlocked side door at a Popeye's restaurant in the 27100 block of South Dixie Highway between midnight and 10 a.m. Sept. 16.

• PRINCETON

A burglar made off with two televisions, a laptop computer, a camcorder and other items after forcing open a bathroom door at a house in the 24400 block of Southwest 112th Court between 6:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. Sept. 16. The items were valued at $5,749.

A burglar grabbed a computer, PlayStation, an Xbox, $100 and 30 games after prying open a sliding glass door at a house in the 25300 block of Southwest 135th Court between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sept. 15. The items were valued at $5,800. Damage was estimated at $100.

• LEISURE CITY

A burglar took jewelry and a checkbook after prying open a kitchen window at a house in the 28500 block of Southwest 152nd Avenue between 11:45 and 1:45 p.m. Sept. 12. The items were valued at $800. Damage was estimated at $100.

A burglar stole a camera, jewelry and a Nintendo after breaking a kitchen window at a house in the 15700 block of Southwest 290th Terrace between 8 and 9:30 a.m. Sept. 17. The tems were valued at $1,249. Damage was estimated at $75. A burglar hauled away a lawn mower, a pressure cleaner, an air pressure pump, tools and other items after cutting a fence lock and removing a screen from a shed in the 14500 block of Southwest 297th Street between 6:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sept. 16. The items were valued at $3,330. Damage was estimated at $15.

A thief stole a 1995 Toyota in the 28200 block of Southwest 143rd Court between 2:15 p.m. Sept. 15 and 2 p.m. Sept. 16.

A thief lifted glasses from a 1987 Ford F-150 in the 15100 block of Southwest 305th Terrace between 10 p.m. Sept. 15 and 9 a.m. Sept. 16. The glasses were valued at $20.

A thief grabbed an iPod, a GPS, 20 DVDs and sunglasses after breaking a window and a door lock and damaging the dashboard on a 2005 Chevrolet Suburban in the 13800 block of Southwest 288th Street between 9:30 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. Sept. 17. The items were valued at $2,100. Damage was estimated at $700.

A thief took $100 after searching an unlocked house in the 28500 block of Southwest 152nd Avenue between 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Sept. 17.

• HOMESTEAD

A burglar stole a 37-inch television valued at $800 from a house in the 900 block of Cardinal Place between 1:30 a.m. Sept. 12 and 1:30 p.m. Sept. 13.

• FLORIDA CITY

A burglar made off with pipes and plywood valued at $550 from a vacant house in the 700 block of Northwest Seventh Court between 7 a.m. Aug. 14 and 10 a.m. Sept. 14.

Police arrested a man on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine in the First block of Northwest Eighth Avenue at 4:45 p.m. Sept. 19.
