MIAMI BEACH

A thief stole a woman's digital camera, cellphone and four credit cards after she set it down on the sand to go swimming in the 800 block of the beach at 5 p.m. Oct. 23. The camera and cellphone were valued at $700.

A thief stole a GPS valued at $100 after smashing a window on a 2009 Dodge in the 1600 block of Jefferson Avenue between 1:15 and 3 p.m. Oct. 24.

A thief stole a bicycle chained to a pole in the 3000 block of Indian Creek Drive between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Oct. 24. The bike was valued at $330.

A burglar smashed a window on a 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe in the 2700 block of Indian Creek Drive between 10 p.m. Oct. 23 and 11:15 a.m. Oct. 24.

A thief stole a suitcase with clothes valued at $2,500 and a credit card after breaking into a 2008 Dodge Charger in the 100 block of 21st Street between 5 p.m. Oct. 21 and 10:30 a.m. Oct. 24.

A burglar smashed a window and rummaged through a 2005 Mazda Tribute in the 200 block of 72nd Street between 9 p.m. Oct. 24 and 12:45 a.m. Oct. 25.

A thief stole an iPhone after shattering a window on a 2008 Honda in the 2000 block of Park Avenue between 3 p.m. Oct. 23 and 1:15 a.m. Oct. 24. The iPhone was valued at $300.

A thief stole a 1999 Honda Accord in the 1000 block of Collins Avenue between 2:30 and 4:30 a.m. Oct. 24.

BAL HARBOUR

Someone dented the rear bumper and smashed the tail light on a Chrysler PT Cruiser in the 10200 block of Collins Avenue at 1:15 p.m. Oct. 17. Damage was estimated at $250.

Someone stole plumbing fixtures valued at $4,082 from a residence in the 100 block of Park Drive between Sept. 26 and Oct. 16.

NORTH BAY VILLAGE

A burglar stole two laptop computers and a Bluetooth earpiece after breaking into an apartment in the 7500 block of East Treasure Drive between 10:15 p.m. Oct. 12 and 2:30 a.m. Oct. 13.

Burglars stole stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave and a dishwasher after breaking into a vacant apartment in the 7500 block of East Treasure Drive between 7:30 p.m. Oct. 9 and 5 p.m. Oct. 12.

A burglar stole the emblem off a Jaguar in the 7500 block of Bounty Avenue between 6 and 6:30 p.m. Oct. 13. The item was valued at $300.

DOWNTOWN MIAMI

A thief stole a laptop computer from a locker in a building at 601 Biscayne Blvd. on Oct. 10.

A thief stole a 24-ounce Corona beer and $20 dollars from a store at 1366 NE First Ave. on Oct. 8.

A thief stole a wheelchair from a Subway restaurant at 165 NE Third Ave. on Oct. 6.

A thief stole a money order for $1,125 from an office at 100 S. Biscayne Blvd. on Oct. 1.

WYNWOOD

A burglar ransacked a house in the 2100 block of Northwest Fifth Avenue while a man was inside sleeping between 2 and 6 a.m. Oct. 3.

EDGEWATER

Someone stole a signed check from an office at 2915 Biscayne Blvd. on Oct. 2. and cashed the check for $3,000.

LITTLE HAITI

A burglar broke into a house in the 600 block of Northwest 73 Street on Oct. 2. The victim told police she went to a pawn shop nearby and confirmed her property was there.

UPPER EASTSIDE

A burglar stole $100 after ransacking an apartment in the 5700 block of Northeast Miami Place on Oct. 6.
