Miami Police is investigating an attempted robbery that took place on May 12, 2017, at Antigua Guatemala Restaurant. According to police, the suspect entered the restaurant and confronted several employees by implying he had a gun. The robber approached the employee behind the cash register and became agitated when the cashier didn't comply, so he pushed the register to the floor. The employee in an attempt to stop the robbery punched the robber. The empty-handed robber fled into a dark-color4-door sedan, driven by the getaway driver.
