The woman was in the shower. The man had to use the bathroom.
The tense situation ended up with a door busted down, a punch to the face and a lot of yelling, tcpalm.com reports.
Lasaro Burnias told St. Lucie County deputies that he “jiggled” the bathroom door when it wouldn’t open and it came off the hinges. Lorri Ramos wasn’t too happy with that.
“She got out of the shower, pushed the door that Lasaro was still holding and accidentally made contact with Lasaro’s face,” according the affidavit cited by tcpalm. Burnias said his girlfriend was just mad and punched him in the face.
For all the trouble, both were charged with battery in the Jan. 29 bathroom brawl in Fort Pierce.
