A workout for the body and soul at Supreme Fitness

At the beginning of the year, Vanette Guerra, 30, was getting ready to be a bridesmaid in two weddings and wanted to get in shape. A friend at church recommended Supreme Fitness Academy, a fitness and mixed martial arts gym that operates out of a warehouse owned by South Miami Martial Arts.
