The Miami Springs farmers market reopened Saturday offering fresh produce, baked goods, various juices and more. The seasonal market is located along the 100 block of Curtiss Parkway and will be open each Saturday through March 2017.
Last summer, some in the city said it was difficult to lure quality vendors and that they feared the market would not reopen in October.
The annual Halloween pumpkin patch, adjacent to the farmers market, is open daily until Oct. 28. The patch is sponsored by Poinciana United Methodist. For information, call 305-805-5000.
